This page explains what Manta Power does with the details you give us on this site.

What we collect

Your answers to the eligibility check, your first name, mobile number and the property postcode. We also record which advert or link brought you here.

If we sent you a personal link to our EV charging guide, we record when you open it and which parts you use (the type of site you pick, the grant check and the calculator), so we can follow up with information that's relevant to you. We don't use cookies for this.

Why

To tell you whether your property qualifies, contact you with a price, and arrange an installation if you want one. We don't sell your details or add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Where it's kept

In our database (hosted in London) and our customer system, GoHighLevel. We keep enquiries for up to two years unless you become a customer.

Cookies and advertising

Only if you say yes, we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries. When you send an enquiry we may share a scrambled (hashed) version of your mobile number with Meta for the same purpose. If you say no, none of this happens.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: email matt@mantapower.co.uk or call 01637 801908. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
