Government chargepoint grants close on 31 March 2027
EV charging for your site, made simple.
Which grant you can get, how much it's worth, what charging could earn you, and how it all works. Pick your type of site to see your version.
What kind of site is it?
The short version
Three things most sites don't know
The grant is per socket
It pays 75% of the cost, up to £500 a socket (£2,000 for state-funded schools). More sockets means more grant.
Drivers pay, not you
You set a price per kWh above what you pay. Drivers pay by app, and the margin is yours.
It ends in March 2027
This is the final year. The voucher lasts 180 days, and installs get busy in spring.
How it works with Manta
From photos to payments
- 1
Send us photos
WhatsApp a few photos or a short video of your parking and fuse board. We'll tell you what's possible.
- 2
Survey and fixed price
The grant needs an installer survey before you apply. You get a fixed price, never a surprise after.
- 3
You apply, we guide you
The application is in your name. We tell you what goes in each box. The voucher usually arrives within 5 working days.
- 4
Fitted, grant off the bill
You pass us the voucher, a qualified electrician fits the chargers, and the grant comes off your invoice.
- 5
Drivers pay, you earn
We set up app payments with Tap Electric. You choose the price per kWh and the money goes to your bank.
